Real estate is not only my career, but also my passion. I have been in the business for over 35 years, first having received my real estate license in 1984 and then achieving my Broker’s License in 1993. I am not only a member of the Arlington Board of REALTORS, but I have also served as President. I have worked very hard over the years. My hard work and dedication have been recognized with numerous rewards for Beyond Excellence and Outstanding Production. I have also received the Edgar Bird Award and I am the ONLY Arlington REALTOR who has been named REALTOR of the Year TWICE!Read More The most rewarding thing about the business however is not the awards, but the ability I have to help people achieve their dreams. One of my favorite things to do is help someone refurbish their house prior to putting it on the market to help the owner maximize their selling price. Many clients have become lifelong friends. As the years have passed, and their families grow, I am now finding myself selling homes to their not only their children, but also grandchildren! I even helped FOUR generations from the same family with the buying and selling of their homes. Through the years I have also passed on my love of real estate to my family members. My husband Roy and I own our office. Together we have four kids who have all worked in the business in some form or fashion at sometime. Now we have six grandchildren who may one day carry on our tradition.

I have been with this office for some 23 years and I learn something new everyday! As Account Specialist at Hogan Park REALTORS, my duties include tracking rental
payments, paying vendors, and making sure the owners are paid timely and correctly. In addition, I prepare leases, lease extensions, and deposit disbursements to tenants.
